In 2022, the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) is proud to announce the resumption of its activities in the calls of proposals as a financial partner under the European research networks such as ERA-NETs and EJPs. Multilateral joint transnational calls for proposals to support international collaborative research will be launched in the following areas:
- Rare diseases (EJP RD Network), research projects focus on Development of new analytic tools and pathways to accelerate diagnosis and facilitate diagnostic monitoring of rare diseases

Expected date for the Call launch is December 14, 2021
Expected deadline to submit a letter of intent is February 16, 2022
This opportunity will be offered in co-funding with the CIHR Institute of Genetics (CIHR-IG) who will maximize their funding efforts.

- Personalised medicine (ERA PerMed Network), call for interdisciplinary proposals and transnational collaboration on “PREVENTION IN PERSONALISED MEDICINE”. Three (3) main Research Areas, each with Two (2) Modules, for Eight (8) modules in total can be addressed.
